Talk Abstract: 

With the new 3.0 release, GTK+ migrated its theming infrastructure to use CSS, instead of the old gtkrc format. This presentation outlines the basic principles behind the new theming API for application developers, with real-world porting experience from Nautilus and the Adwaita GTK+ 3 theming engine.
