Conflict management in teams and communities
For the last couple of years Thomas has been researching open source communities. One part of that research included the use of collective intelligence. Based on his passion for free and open source software he has supported the KDE promo team when possible. Thomas completed training in mediation, conflict management and coaching. He lives in Switzerland and works as assistant to the CEO of a company which is not software-related.

This talk outlines the backgrounds of selected conflict-solving methods and provides opportunities for communities and teams to use them. Audience: Everyone :-)
