The GNOME Shell features a search UI in its overview mode. This talk will demonstrate a GNOME Shell extension able to hook in the Shell to allow the user to search media on various websites without even using a web browser. This approach is in the spirit of integrating the Web in the core of the desktop.
Intended audience for this talk would be end-users and developers interested in the GNOME Shell although the talk will likely be limited to a demo.
